Shipping / Policies

We ship our plants, year round, either dormant or live depending on timing.  Growing plants are sent from second week in May until the start of October then dormant plant shipping begins. Live plants are sent in a sterile growth media, while dormant plants are sent bare-root. We ship live plants out on Mondays or Tuesdays, when the weather is favorable, to make sure that the live plants do not sit in the post office over the weekend.

Shipping and handling starts at minimum $14.95 (live plants) and $2.95 (seeds only) per order.  Larger plant orders will incure an extra charge. Plants are shipped via Canada Express Post, and seeds are shipped Canada Post regular mail. If you need special shipping arrangements or have a problem with your order please call me at (306)731-2080 or email to joel_lloyd_campbell@hotmail.com as soon as possible.

Goji Plant Guarantee

We guarantee that the Goji plants and seed you order is alive and will grow given the right conditions. Live plants will have been out of direct sunlight for several days after you receive them, this means you must re-acclimate the plants using the procedure listed here --> Goji Seedlings.  If there is a problem with your plants when you recieve them please email me within 90 days of recieving your order.  After this time plants are not fully-guaranteed and will only be replaced with a (50) seed order.
